Cartoonist Mark Fiore has a great flash movie that gives a snarky explanation of warrantless wiretapping and retroactive immunity. Fiore’s character, Snuggly the Security Bear, captures the twisted logic of the Bush administration and pro-amnesty Republicans as well as anyone I’ve seen.
